This policy is provided in English for convenience; the Korean version prevails.
JOB.help (the "Company") values users' personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy applies to all services provided by the Company.
1. Personal Information We Collect
The Company collects the following items.
- When signing in with Google: email address, name, and profile photo provided by the external provider (Google)
- When using tools: resume text, interview voice data (temporarily stored, then deleted), and job preference settings
- Collected automatically: IP address, cookies, browser and OS information, pages visited and visit times, and search queries
2. Purposes of Use
- Member registration, authentication, and identity verification
- Providing, operating, and improving the services
- Personalized tools such as automated resume analysis and interview coaching
- Notices and alerts regarding service changes
- Usage statistics and service quality improvement
- Optimization of ad delivery (cookie-based; users may opt out)
- Compliance with legal obligations and dispute handling
3. Retention and Use Period
The Company destroys personal information immediately once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved, except in the following cases, where information is retained for a certain period as required by applicable laws.
- After account deletion: destroyed within 30 days. Certain identifiers kept to prevent fraudulent use are stored separately for 6 months and then destroyed
- Records subject to statutory retention obligations are kept for the period prescribed by the relevant laws
- Voice data (interview coach): deleted immediately after analysis (within 24 hours at most). With the user's explicit consent, it may be retained for up to 90 days for training purposes
4. Provision to Third Parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except in the following cases.
- When requested by investigative authorities in accordance with applicable laws
- Outsourced processing necessary to provide the services (LLM processing, email delivery, etc.) — with separate notice and consent
- When the user has directly consented (e.g., transfer of information when matching with a labor attorney or lawyer)
5. Outsourced Processing
The Company entrusts certain operations to external providers in order to deliver the services.
- Cloud hosting: Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud
- LLM and AI processing: Anthropic, Google (voice LLMs are used with the no-training-on-user-data option)
- Email delivery: Resend, AWS SES
- Analytics: Plausible (cookieless analytics)
- Advertising: Google AdSense (users may block it)
The Company enters into outsourcing agreements with these providers in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and prohibits them from processing personal information for any purpose other than the outsourced work.
6. User Rights
Users may exercise the following rights at any time.
- Request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of personal information
- Delete their account and all associated account data
- Withdraw consent to receive marketing communications
- Block advertising cookies (via browser settings or ad-blocking tools)
- Contact us with any questions about the processing of personal information
7. Cookie Policy
The Company uses cookies to improve the user experience and to serve ads. Users may refuse cookie storage in their browser settings, though some features may be limited as a result. For details, see the separateCookie Policy page.

9. Security Measures
- Sign-in via Google OAuth
- All communications enforced over HTTPS with TLS 1.2+
- Administrator access logs collected and reviewed
- Data isolation: user data is segregated by user identifier and kept separate from other users' data and internal business data
- Users notified within 72 hours in the event of a data breach
10. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in laws or the services. Changes are announced 7 days before taking effect; changes that materially affect user rights are announced 30 days in advance and are subject to a separate consent procedure.
