This policy is provided in English for convenience; the Korean version prevails.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions of use of the career infrastructure services and related tools (the "Services") provided by JOB.help (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations between the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Services: all features provided by JOB.help, including content (blog and news), tools (resume builder, voice interview coach, etc.), and the AI agent catalog
- User: a person who enters into a use agreement with the Company under these Terms and uses the Services
- Member: a user who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company
- Non-member: a user who uses publicly available content without registering as a member
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
These Terms are posted at all times on the Company's site (/terms). Amendments are announced 7 days before taking effect; amendments unfavorable to users are announced 30 days in advance and are subject to a separate consent procedure. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Services and delete their membership.
Article 4 (Member Registration)
- Registration is completed via Google OAuth in accordance with the procedure set by the Company
- Persons under 14 years of age may not register
- Registering with another person's information or with false information is prohibited
- The Company may refuse registration in the following cases:
- the applicant previously lost membership for violating these Terms
- false information was provided
- risk of violating laws or harming public order
Article 5 (Provision of Services)
The Company provides the following Services.
- Content: guides and news across six areas (learning, rights, matching, agents, news, tools)
- Tools: resume and cover letter analysis, voice interview coach, salary insights, etc.
- AI agent catalog: verification criteria, use cases, and reputation signals
- Expert information: reference information for finding outside help such as labor attorneys, lawyers, and counselors
- Other services the Company may add or provide via partnership
The Company makes every effort to provide the Services, but may temporarily suspend or change all or part of them due to system maintenance, failures, force majeure, policy changes, and similar causes. Material changes are announced in advance.
Article 6 (Free Operation)
- The public content and basic tools of JOB.help are currently provided free of charge.
- The Company does not currently request card details from users.
- If the operating policy changes materially in the future, advance notice and a separate consent procedure will apply.
Article 7 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following conduct.
- Misusing another person's information or registering false information
- Infringing the copyright or intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Abnormal access to the Company's systems (scraping, bots, DDoS, etc.)
- Posting obscene, violent, discriminatory, or hateful content
- Posting false statements, defamation, or content that violates the law
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Services
In case of violation, the Company may suspend or terminate the user's account and may claim compensation for damages.
Article 8 (Content Copyright)
- Copyright in content provided by the Company (articles, images, logos, tool output, etc.) belongs to the Company
- Users may use such content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, redistribution, and derivative works require prior written consent
- Copyright in content created by the user (resumes, etc.) belongs to the user; however, the Company holds a non-exclusive license to the extent necessary to operate the Services
- The Company may delete, without prior notice, content created or uploaded by users that it determines violates the law or these Terms
Article 9 (Advertising)
The Company may display advertisements in order to provide the Services. Users are deemed to consent to the display of advertisements shown while using the Services. Ads can be blocked using ad-blocking tools or browser settings.
Article 10 (Expert Matching)
The Company matches users with experts such as labor attorneys, lawyers, and counselors. However, the Company acts only as a matching platform and assumes no direct responsibility for the qualifications or service quality of the experts themselves. The Company verifies expert credentials before matching, but the final choice and contract are made between the user and the expert.
Article 11 (AI Tools and Agents Disclaimer)
- Output from AI tools and agents provided by the Company is for reference only; final decisions are the user's responsibility
- Output in legal, medical, or financial areas is general information, not individual advice. For specific matters, consulting a licensed professional is recommended
- No warranty is given as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI output
- For direct or indirect damages arising from AI output, the Company limits its liability to the extent permitted by applicable laws
Article 12 (Privacy Protection)
The Company's processing of personal information is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
Article 13 (Company Disclaimers)
- Service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government orders
- Damages attributable to the user's own fault
- Damages caused by unlawful acts of third parties
- The reliability and accuracy of content created by users
- The content of externally linked sites
Article 14 (Dispute Resolution)
- These Terms are interpreted and enforced under the laws of the Republic of Korea
- Disputes between the Company and users are first resolved through consultation
- If no agreement is reached, the competent court is the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office
- Users outside Korea may be subject to mandatory provisions of the laws of their place of residence
Article 15 (Termination and Withdrawal)
- Users may delete their membership at any time. Upon withdrawal, all data is destroyed within 30 days (except items subject to statutory retention obligations)
- The Company may terminate membership or suspend service use if the user violates these Terms
- Re-registration with the same email or identity is possible only after 30 days from withdrawal
Addendum
These Terms take effect on May 6, 2026. Existing members are also deemed to have agreed to the new Terms; those who do not agree may withdraw their membership.
